Green Superfood Breakfast Smoothie

This green superfood breakfast smoothie is the best way to start your morning especially when paired with avocado and cooked spinach! Superfoods are great for a number of different things. Some of the top benefits are that they aid digestion, fight cancer and heart disease, lowers cholesterol, and regulated your metabolism! This yummy recipe only take around 5 to 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp of nut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein 
  • 1 tsp alkaline greens powder (tropeaka)
  • 1/8 tsp spirulina power (tropeaka)

Methods:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into jar and enjoy!
